Position: Marketing Proposal Internship - Summer 2026

KEITH is seeking a
Marketing Proposal Intern
to join our Orlando, FL office for the
Summer of 2026
and support our dynamic and growing marketing team. This internship is ideal for proactive individuals eager to apply their research skills in a professional setting while gaining hands‑on experience in proposal marketing within the Engineering industry.

Unlike traditional marketing roles, this internship will focus heavily on research-driven marketing efforts that support business development and strategic pursuits. You’ll play a critical role in identifying opportunities, gathering intelligence on potential projects, and assisting with data‑driven marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Market Research & Business Development:Conduct in-depth research on public sector opportunities through platforms like Bidsync, Demand Star, and FDOT procurement sites
  • Proposal Development:Assist in preparing responses to RFPs/RFQs by gathering and analyzing project requirements
  • Competitor & Industry Analysis:Support the team in tracking industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects
  • Content Development:Help compile and refine proposal‑specific content, including project descriptions, resumes, and marketing collateral
  • CRM & Data Management:Maintain and update client and project databases to support long‑term marketing efforts
  • Event & Branding Support:Contribute to event planning and ensure brand consistency across marketing materials

The Ideal Intern:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Naturally curious and detail‑oriented, with strong analytical and research skills
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, eager to dig into data, uncover insights, and contribute to strategic decision‑making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus
