The Storytelling Intern within our Marketing Department, who will assist UCP’s Public Relations/Marketing
team in developing, writing, and distributing clear and effective content across all platforms. Tasksinclude copywriting, maintaining press database, drafting mass e-mail communication, postingcontent on UCP’s social platforms and auditing the agencies web presence.
20 hours a week
COMPENSATION:A $500 stipend will be paid upon a successful completion of the internship

QUALIFICATIONS:
A student pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communication or Non-Profit Management.
SKILLS REQUIRED:- The ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- The ability to track and execute multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to shape a story in a group and individual setting
- The ability to produce various projects from the ground up if necessary
- Required attendance at special events as requested (set-up & breakdown included)
- Other Duties as Assigned
