Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Head of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, build strong pipelines, and elevate our brand presence. This role blends leadership, strategy, and execution.
- Own and drive overall sales and marketing strategy
- Build, manage, and mentor the sales team
- Develop lead‑generation systems and conversion processes
- Oversee marketing efforts including digital, social, email, and brand messaging
- Align sales and marketing goals with company growth targets
- Track performance, report results, and optimize strategies
- Work closely with leadership on pricing, positioning, and partnerships
- Proven experience leading sales and marketing teams
- Strong background in B2B sales (trade shows, events, or related industries is a big plus)
- Ability to think strategically and execute practically
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Data‑driven mindset with strong follow‑through
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
