Director of Paid Media

We are seeking a strategic Paid Media Director to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic channels. This role will oversee campaign strategy, manage a high-performing team, and drive measurable business results through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and Display.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paid media specialists.
• Oversee campaign budgets, optimization, reporting, and performance.
• Analyze KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and present performance insights to leadership and clients.
• Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of paid media experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor, CM360, DV360, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and client management skills.
