Job Summary

Auto Pay Plus  is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support and elevate our brand across Member, Partner, and internal communications. This role will help execute creative initiatives, support ongoing brand development efforts, and produce high-quality marketing materials across print and digital channels.

Duties and Responsibilities Brand Development & Creative Design
  • Support and execute company-wide rebranding initiatives, helping evolve and strengthen the Auto Pay Plus  visual identity
  • Maintain, update, and expand the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications and customer touchpoints
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral for print and digital channels, including brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, advertisements, social media graphics, infographics, email graphics, event materials, signage, and promotional assets
  • Create design mockups and visual concepts for landing pages, web graphics, mobile app interfaces, and other digital experiences that align with brand standards and marketing goals.
  • Design professional presentations, sales materials, and executive communication assets that effectively communicate complex information
  • Create and optimize digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and online advertising
  • Perform basic image editing, retouching, and photo optimization for print and digital applications
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure creative assets align with campaign objectives, messaging, and audience needs
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, industry best practices, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve creative output
  • Coordinate with external vendors to source, produce, and distribute printed collateral, promotional products, branded merchandise, signage, and company apparel
  • Prepare production-ready files and oversee print production processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Maintain organized electronic file systems and digital asset libraries that allow creative materials to be easily accessed, edited, and reproduced on demand
  • Manage version control and archival processes for brand assets, marketing materials, and creative projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Review proofs, production samples, and vendor deliverables to ensure quality standards are met
  • Assist with creative support for company events, conferences, and Partner initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, HR, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into effective visual communications.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Experience creating and managing creative assets across print, digital, web, and branded marketing channels
  • Required portfolio demonstrating professional design work across multiple media, preferably including brand identity systems, print collateral, digital marketing assets, web or landing page design, presentation design, and production-ready files
  • Portfolio should showcase strong typography, layout design, visual hierarchy, creative problem-solving, and brand consistency
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience updating website content and marketing assets within Word Press
  • Understanding of digital design best practices for websites and landing pages
  • Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
  • Experience in creating presentations and marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, or related presentation software
  • Strong file management and organizational skills
