IDEA Insurance Agency is looking for a bilingual Marketing Supervisor to join our team at our Orlando headquarters.
We’re seeking a hands‑on marketing professional who can lead a team, drive campaign execution, monitor performance, and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day‑to‑day leadership and coaching to the Marketing team
- Coordinate and oversee digital, social media, email, paid advertising, and content campaigns
- Monitor team and campaign KPIs and provide performance updates
- Manage priorities, deadlines, and workflow across the department
- Ensure quality, accountability, and timely execution of marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives
- 3–5 years of marketing experience
- 1–2 years of supervisory, team coordination, or mentoring experience
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
