Job Description The Opportunity
As a DTC Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention for Golf Pass. You'll help shape campaigns across the customer lifecycle, translating business priorities, audience insights, and performance data into compelling marketing programs that connect golfers with the full value of their Golf Pass membership.
Working closely with partners across Marketing, Creative, CRM, Analytics, Content, Product, and Production, you'll bring campaigns to life across channels while continually identifying opportunities to improve performance and strengthen the member experience.

By developing campaigns that attract new members, encourage existing members to engage with Golf Pass content and benefits, and reinforce the ongoing value of membership, you'll directly influence both growth and retention.
Your work will help ensure we're delivering the right message, content, and experience to golfers at the right moments throughout their relationship with Golf Pass.
Work EnvironmentThis position is designated as hybrid and is based in our Orlando, Florida office. Team members generally work from the office a minimum of three days per week, with flexibility to collaborate virtually on other days.
What You'll DoDevelop go-to-market and lifecycle marketing plans for Golf Pass initiatives spanning acquisition, onboarding, engagement, content, retention, and win-back, including campaign strategy, KPIs, audience targeting, messaging, creative direction, channel mix, and measurement approach.
Create and manage campaign and creative briefs, partnering with Creative, CRM, Content, Product, and other teams to develop messaging and assets that align with the Golf Pass brand, resonate with golfers, and support business objectives.
Develop campaigns that promote Golf Pass content, benefits, and experiences, helping members discover more of what Golf Pass has to offer and encouraging deeper, more frequent engagement.
Manage integrated campaign execution across channels, coordinating stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines to ensure initiatives launch accurately, on time, and in alignment with broader marketing and business priorities.
Monitor campaign and member performance and use data to identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, content consumption, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Develop and execute A/B tests across messaging, creative, landing pages, offers, content promotion, and audience strategies to improve campaign performance and the customer experience.
Partner with Analytics to establish campaign measurement plans, evaluate results, and develop campaign wrap-up reports that clearly communicate performance, insights, learnings, and recommended next steps.
Maintain integrated marketing and communications calendars, aligning campaigns with content priorities, product initiatives, promotional moments, and key points in the member lifecycle.
Identify consumer, member, content, campaign, and channel trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and the Golf Pass member experience.
Partner across the Golf Pass organization to identify new opportunities to grow membership, deepen engagement, increase awareness and consumption of Golf Pass content and benefits, reduce churn, and strengthen the overall value proposition of Golf Pass.
Support the creation and optimization of short-form video clips and promotional content, including basic video editing, clipping, formatting, and versioning for use across marketing, CRM, social, and other digital channels.
Qualifications
What You BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Three or more years of experience in marketing, campaign management, CRM/lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or a related role.
Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple stages of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and customer data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable marketing recommendations.
