Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid

Wellstead Mental Health. is now hiring a Marketing Coordinator for its Orlando, Florida practice. Wellstead has partnered with Hueman for this search. Well Stead Mental Health is seeking a highly driven, organized, and relationship-focused Marketing and Referral Development Coordinator to support growth across our Florida locations. Well Stead provides comprehensive behavioral health services, including psychiatry and medication management, TMS, psychotherapy, and neuropsychological testing and assessment.

This role works directly with executive leadership to expand referral relationships, increase community awareness, drive patient acquisition, and strengthen Well Stead's presence in the markets we serve.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who excels at building relationships, communicating clearly and consistently, managing multiple projects, analyzing marketing performance, and representing the Well Stead brand in the community.

• Develop and execute referral-development activities aligned with established patient volume, referral growth, and revenue objectives.
• Identify, segment, and prioritize referral sources based on market trends, referral potential, geography, serviceline fit, and performance.
• Maintain and grow existing referral relationships, identify declining or inactive referral sources, and execute targeted re-engagement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Medical Directors at each Well Stead location to leverage their connections and insight into the local market.
• Develop strong knowledge of Well Stead's services, referral criteria, patient access pathways, and differentiators to effectively educate referral partners.
• Maintain Well Stead's presence across community marketing channels.
• Build relationships with physicians, therapists, hospitals, schools, employers, and community organizations.
• Conduct regular field visits to referral sources and community partners.
• Coordinate and represent Well Stead at networking events, conferences, and community outreach activities.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, presentations, and promotional initiatives.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, referral packets, newsletters, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records of referral sources, outreach activity, follow-up, opportunities, and referral performance; use CRM data to prioritize outreach and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership related to referral development, marketing effectiveness, and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, referral development, physician relations, business development, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with digital marketing preferred, including social media and SEO.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience analyzing marketing performance metrics and ROI.Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
• This position supports multiple Well Stead locations and requires regular travel throughout Orlando, Sarasota, and other Florida markets to build and maintain referral relationships.
