Chatter Buzz is a revenue growth partner for mid‑market companies, combining fractional CMO leadership with a 40+ person senior execution team, in‑house performance creative, and proprietary AI. The agency serves clients in regulated and complex, multi‑location industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology/SaaS, tourism, government, and manufacturing.

Role Description

The Paid Media Intern role is a part‑time, on‑site position based in Orlando, FL. The intern will support the paid media team and help with campaign setup, audience and keyword research, ad trafficking, and performance monitoring across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other digital channels. Daily responsibilities include assisting with media planning documents, updating reports and dashboards, documenting optimizations, and compiling insights for client‑facing presentations.

The intern will collaborate with marketing, creative, and account teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand guidelines, while learning best practices in bidding strategies, targeting, and A/B testing. This role offers hands‑on experience with data‑driven paid media execution in a fast‑paced agency environment and opportunities to contribute ideas that improve campaign performance.

Qualifications
  • Ability to perform media planning and support paid campaign development, including basic understanding of budgets, channels, and audience selection.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, presenting findings, and documenting campaign performance clearly.
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing principles and interest in performance marketing, demand generation, and revenue‑driven strategies.
  • Interest or exposure to new media platforms, including social, search, and emerging ad technologies, and willingness to learn channel‑specific best practices.
  • Research skills to analyze audiences, competitors, keywords, and industry trends, and to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides) for reporting and analysis.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven, agency environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
