407 Solutions is hiring an Events & Promotions Assistant to support outreach campaigns and public engagement initiatives throughout Orlando. This role offers the opportunity to represent community-focused initiatives while gaining practical experience in events, promotions, communication, and customer engagement.

Full training is provided, so previous experience is not required.

• Representing outreach campaigns at community events and promotional locations
• Engaging with members of the public and sharing information about important initiatives
• Creating positive face-to-face interactions with customers and the local community
• Supporting event setup and maintaining professional presentation standards
• Helping promote campaigns and increase public awareness
• Building confidence in communication, public speaking, and customer engagement
• Working alongside a supportive team at event locations throughout Orlando
• Participating in ongoing training and development sessions
• Contributing to event and campaign objectives

• Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face
