About the RoleQ Impacts is seeking a strategic, highly creative and hands-on Digital and Creative Manager to lead the development and execution of digital campaigns and visual creative for the agency and its clients. At its core, this is a design-first role. The right person can see the big picture, develop strong creative concepts and execute polished work across billboards, out-of-home advertising, digital campaigns, social media, email, web and print.
While the position includes digital strategy and campaign management, exceptional graphic design skills are essential. The ideal candidate understands how to transform complex or meaningful information into clear, compelling creative that engages donors, inspires action and advances a nonprofit’s mission.
- Lead digital and creative strategy for agency and client campaigns
- Develop original creative concepts for billboards, out-of-home advertising, digital advertising, social media, email, web and print
- Design polished, platform-specific creative from initial concept through final production
- Translate campaign goals, audience insights and messaging into compelling visual storytelling
- Manage digital campaigns, content calendars, project timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with Q Impacts leadership, clients, writers and external partners
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients and campaigns
- Present creative concepts and clearly explain the strategy behind design decisions
- Review campaign performance and use insights to strengthen future creative
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files for printers, media vendors and other partners
- Help improve the agency’s creative processes, templates and quality standards
- Five or more years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, creative services or a related field
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design and campaign thinking
- Experience creating billboards, out-of-home advertising or other large-format creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design
- Experience creating and managing digital, social, email and web campaigns
- Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, color and brand systems
- Ability to balance creativity with strategy, accessibility and campaign goals
- Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with agency leadership and clients
- Genuine interest in nonprofit organizations, donor engagement and mission-driven work
- Agency, nonprofit, fundraising or donor relations experience
- Experience with paid digital media and campaign reporting
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, email marketing platforms and website content management systems
- Motion graphics, video editing or animation experience
- Experience working directly with clients and production partners
This is a hybrid, part-time role averaging approximately 20 hours per week. The selected candidate should be available to work from the Orlando office one to two times per week, with the remainder of the schedule completed remotely.
