Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Volunteer Coordinator based in Orlando, FL. The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of volunteer management, which includes recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers for programs and events. The role involves facilitating communication between volunteers and the organization and ensuring volunteers have a positive and meaningful experience.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse group of volunteers
- Proficiency in using volunteer management software and related tools is a plus
- Passion for working with families and individuals affected by pediatric cancer
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and activities
