The Youth Peer Engagement Navigator provides peer‑informed, youth‑centered support to youth and young adults (YYA) experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This role combines peer engagement, light case management, systems navigation, and youth leadership development. The Navigator may carry a caseload while also leading youth engagement initiatives at the site, including the Youth Action Board (YAB), to ensure authentic youth voice is embedded across the local Continuum of Care (CoC).
