Annual Salary Range: $72,400 to $102,000 (Equivalent to $34.85 $ 49.06/hour, Based on Experience)
On-Call Pay: $4.00/hour + Time-and-a-Half When Called In

A leading Central Florida surgical team is hiring an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) to support an expanding heart and vascular program in the Orlando metro area
.
This position provides exposure to open-heart, thoracic, and hybrid vascular procedures
, as well as opportunities to circulate in general operating room cases.

You will work in a state-of-the-art surgical suite designed for collaboration, precision, and innovation, surrounded by a multidisciplinary team committed to quality and patient-centered care.

Provide comprehensive perioperative care for adult cardiac and vascular surgery patients.

Circulate and scrub in for open-heart, vascular, and thoracic procedures.

Ensure the OR environment is properly prepared with instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and perfusionists to deliver safe, efficient procedures.

Monitor and document patient status throughout surgery, intervening as necessary.

Participate in call rotation and respond to call-ins within 30 minutes.

Educate patients and families on preoperative preparation and postoperative recovery.

Required:

Current RN license (Florida or Compact State; Florida endorsement required within 60 days of relocation)

Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience in an acute care hospital

Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)

BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)

ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire)

Preferred:

CNOR or cardiovascular specialty certification

Experience with hybrid OR or structural heart procedures

Annual Salary: $72,400 to $102,000 (Based on experience and skill level)

On-Call Pay: $4.00/hour + 1.5x base pay for call-ins

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 |
