Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Nursing based in Orlando, FL. The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, implementing infection control protocols, coordinating care plans, and promoting excellence in long-term care. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining high-quality care, and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Nursing Management and leadership, with the ability to supervise and mentor nursing teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Infection Control standards and protocols to ensure resident safety.
  • Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine, including clinical care practices and patient-centered approaches.
  • Experience in Long-term Care settings, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of senior living residents.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Current nursing license in the state of Florida is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance in healthcare settings is highly advantageous.
