Community hospital part of a larger system looking to bring on Nurse Manager ICU! Full Relocation
Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. Monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
- Reports to Critical Care Director
- Volume is High Census
- Additional departments over, Neuro Trauma ICU & Central Telemetry Unit (24 FTEs) (6 monitor techs per day)
- Union facility with an amazing multi-disciplinary team as well as great culture and hospital support!
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of RECENT (within the last year) Acute Care (ICU, MICU, SICU, CVICU) leadership experience required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
