Salary: $83,000 - $87,000

What You’ll Do- Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the DON and ADON to maintain high standards of patient care and efficient staffing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff, creating a positive, supportive work environment.
- Optimize unit scheduling for proper coverage and workflow.
- Conduct hands‑on training, evaluate competencies, and support staff growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely MDS documentation and utilize PCC knowledge to enhance resident care.
- Assist with family and resident relations, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Represent nursing in facility‑wide initiatives and improvement projects.
- Active RN license in Florida.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation nursing.
- Supervisory experience with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of PCC and commitment to patient‑centered care.
