- Manage a manageable schedule of 8–12 patients per day
- Primary focus on wellness visits and preventative care for adults 65+
- Occasional sick visits for established patients
- Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
- Value‑based care model serving Medicare Advantage patients (Humana, Care Plus, Aetna)
- Outpatient-only setting-no nights, weekends, or call requirements
