Oncology Nurse

Based on experience and credentialing

The Oncology Nurse supports oncology clinical trials by coordinating and delivering nursing care to research participants in compliance with study protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines. This role partners closely with Principal Investigators and research teams while serving as a patient advocate.

• Coordinate and manage multiple oncology clinical trial protocols
• Provide direct patient care, assessments, IV insertion, phlebotomy, and administration of investigational drugs
• Collect and document accurate, timely clinical research data
• Educate patients on IRB‑approved informed consent and ensure ongoing consent
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, institutional, and protocol requirements
• Communicate effectively with investigators, sponsors, and research staff

• 2+ years of Oncology Nursing experience (REQUIRED)
• Active Florida RN license
• Current BLS & ACLS certification
• Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Clinical Research experience preferred, but not required

This is a Permanent position based out of Orlando, FL.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $98000.00/yr.
