Nurse Manager – Operating Room / Ambulatory Surgery

We re a surgical practice that s been operating in Florida for decades, and we re looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to run the day-to-day clinical and surgical operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You ll be in the OR, you ll know your staff, and you ll own the outcomes of your facility. If you ve spent years in perioperative nursing and you re ready to step fully into an operations and people leadership role, this is worth a look.

The schedule is Monday through Friday. No weekends, no holidays. That s not a perk we re using to dress up the post — it s just how we operate.

• Oversee the surgical facility s operations, manage and develop your team, handle scheduling templates, maintain compliance and accreditation standards, and circulate in the OR on surgery days.
• Carry budget responsibility for the facility, manage supply inventory, and work closely with clinic, business, and administrative leadership across the organization.

• Licensed RN with at least five years of healthcare experience, two of which have been in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
• Perioperative experience is required — pre-op, intra-op, and post-op.
• OR experience is required.
• ASC experience is strongly preferred.
• CLS certification is required.
• BSN is preferred but not a deal breaker.
• Ophthalmology experience is a plus, and Retina or Glaucoma background is even better.
