Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Winnie Palmer Hospital – Orlando, FL
ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced neonatal nursing care for approximately 1,900 babies annually in a 142‑bed NICU that includes Level II, III, and IV units. Collaborate with a team of 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs to deliver expert patient management, participate in complex cases such as EXIT procedures and Women’s ICU support, and assist RN/RT teams with delivery‑room coverage, transports, and PICC line management. Engage in professional development opportunities through POCUS, neonatal hemodynamics training, and academic collaborations at the neonatology fellowship site.

Qualifications- Current APRN national specialty certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of a master’s degree
