Shifts AvailablePart-Time: 7A-3P, 3P-11P, 11P-7A
Full-Time: 3P-11P, 11P-7A
Walk-In Interviews Available Monday – Thursday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

- Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
- Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
- Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
