• Weekend Supervisor (Saturday & Sunday)
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities.
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinical operations and assist with staffing needs.
• Handle admissions, discharges, and incident reporting.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Promote a positive and team‑focused work environment.
• Address and resolve patient and family concerns.
• Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety.
• Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary.
• Support resident rights, safety protocols, and collaborative team dynamics.
• Promote positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors.

• Current RN license.
• Prior supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
