Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Night)

Responsibilities

Admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
Medication administration
Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies
Collaborate with residents’ interdisciplinary team to provide best outcomes
Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State
CPR certification required
