Hourly Rate: $31.75–$36.75

• Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub‑acute care and long‑term care nursing center.
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options.
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.

• Associate's degree in nursing (ASN).
• RN licensure in the state of practice (or NLC) required.
• CPR Certification Required.

Hourly Rate: $27.00 – $32.50

• As an LPN, you'll provide direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub‑acute care and long‑term care nursing center.

• Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required.
• Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• Active CPR Certification.
