Community you’ll be caring for:

• Pediatric Cardiac ICU caring for congenital heart patients pre/post‑op, including caths, EP studies, and complex cardiac conditions
• 15-bed unit with strong patient outcomes, 2–3 week average LOS, and flexible nurse‑to‑patient ratios (1:1–1:3 based on acuity)
• Highly skilled, collaborative team of 70+ members including RNs, ECMO specialists, ANMs, and PCTs
• Magnet‑designated unit with award‑winning patient experience, advanced cath lab, and strong focus on education, mentorship, and professional growth
