Job Overview

Avante Group, Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for full‑time 3p-11p shifts at our facility in Orlando. The role offers direct nursing care to residents and participation in day‑to‑day activities following federal, state and local regulations. This position provides a competitive compensation package, including a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, daily pay, and a variety of benefits.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with federal, state and local standards.
• Perform day‑to‑day nursing activities directed by the Director of Nursing Services, Assistant Director of Nursing Services and Administrator.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with applicable federal and state licensure requirements.
• Speak and understand English.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long‑term care.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.
