12-Hour Shifts Available Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do- Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
- Monitor patient condition and follow individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered procedures
- Active Florida RN or LPN License (Compact License Accepted)
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred)
- Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with G-Tubes, Tracheostomies, and Ventilator Care is highly desirable
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Eligible to complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
