As a
Licensed Practical Nurse you will be
responsible for providing quality professional health services; to include:
Medication administration, routine medical assessments, daily triage of illnesses and injuries, record documentation and review, health screening and health education for children and adults in our Children and Adult Programs.

About the Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
- Assess the health care needs of each individual.
- Work in an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Implement policies and procedures regarding medical, dental, dietary, pharmaceutical services and nursing practices in accordance with agency and regulatory standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete required screening:
Level II background check, physical and drug screen. - Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Must have a current LPN license to practice Nursing in the state of Florida with a minimum of one year experience.
- Prior experience providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
