Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year

The mission is straightforward: help nursing students successfully move from the classroom into real-world clinical environments. That means building strong relationships with hospitals, coordinating clinical experiences, and ensuring students have the support they need to thrive.

Many healthcare professionals eventually realize they enjoy mentoring and developing future clinicians as much as direct patient care. If you've ever found yourself helping orient new nurses, coaching students, or serving as the unofficial resource person for your team, this role may feel surprisingly familiar.

You won't spend your day managing a patient assignment, chasing productivity metrics, or wondering if you'll miss another family dinner because of staffing shortages. Instead, you'll help develop the next generation of nurses while maintaining a predictable Monday-Friday schedule.

• Coordinate clinical placements for Practical Nursing students across hospital and skilled nursing facility partners
• Maintain relationships with clinical sites, preceptors, and healthcare partners
• Ensure student requirements, credentials, immunizations, and compliance documentation remain current
• Work closely with students and faculty to support successful clinical experiences
• Conduct site visits and maintain communication with assigned clinical locations
• Serve as a key liaison between the nursing program and healthcare facilities

• Required:
  
  Active RN license and BSN
• Required:
  
  Clinical nursing experience with strong understanding of healthcare operations
• Required:
  
  Experience coordinating students, staff, preceptors, clinical rotations, or educational activities
• Preferred:
  Nursing education, academic, clinical placement, hospital liaison, or healthcare partnership experience
