• Ongoing training for specialized care (vent, trach, g-tube, pediatric, and more).

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting to medically fragile patients (adult or pediatric).
• Monitor vital signs, manage complex medical equipment, and support day-to-day activities.
• Educate families on care plans and promote a safe, nurturing home environment.
• Collaborate with our RN Supervisors and care team to ensure top-quality outcomes.

• Active Florida LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Compassion, patience, and a sense of humor (seriously - it helps!)
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Experience with pediatric or adult high-acuity care is a plus - but we'll train the right nurse!
• Must have reliable transportation

• Competitive pay ($27-$32/hr), depending on case type and experience
