value-based Internal Medicine organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its growing outpatient practice in West Orlando, Florida
. With seven locations throughout Orange and Volusia Counties, this respected medical group is recognized for its collaborative team culture, exceptional patient outcomes, and outstanding provider retention.

• See a manageable patient panel of8-12 patients per day
• Focus primarily on annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care for adults ages 65+
• Occasional same-day or sick visits for established patients
• Monday through Friday schedule with daytime clinic hours
• Outpatient-only practice with no evenings, weekends, or call responsibilities
• Value-based care model serving Medicare Advantage populations, including Humana, Care Plus, and Aetna members
• Strong clinical support and collaborative care team

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
