Private Duty Nurse (LPN) - Various Shifts

Responsibilities include providing compassionate homecare to diverse patients across various shifts, utilizing electronic documentation through tablets, and working collaboratively to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
