What You Will Do
- Check pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and skin tears. Clean and dress wounds based on the care plan.
- Track wound progress, measure wounds, document changes, and adjust treatment as needed.
- Guide nursing staff on proper skin care, repositioning and prevention of pressure injuries.
What We Are Looking For
• Active and clear RN license
• Wound Care Certification preferred
• Point Click Care experience is a plus
