Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Vivo Healthcare Pinellas Park. As an LPN at our facility, you will provide high-quality care to our residents while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team. This is a 12-hour shift position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by Physicians
- Document resident care and services in accordance with facility policies
- Oversee resident care and implement schedules for residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Unencumbered LPN license in the state of Florida
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
