Clinical Operations Nurse – Registered Nurse

• Perform telephonic counseling for new patients on disease processes, prescribed drug action, common side effects, and treatment parameters
• Provide patient education through telephone inquiries, including chronic disease states, current treatment modalities, and side-effect management
• Monitor adherence and make outbound calls
• Collaborate with physicians and their staff to resolve clinical issues and obtain clinical data or prescriptions
• Assist in training new clinical staff on chronic illnesses and treatment modalities
• Maintain nursing CEUs and pursue continuous learning opportunities
• Practice with professionalism and accountability as a CVS employee
• Report Adverse Drug Events (ADEs)
• Perform other responsibilities as directed by senior management

• Active and unrestricted multi-state registered nursing license in Florida
• Ability to become licensed in states not part of the Nurse Licensure Compact
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
• Medical/Surgical experience preferred
• Experience with personal computers and keyboard navigation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Must live within a 50-mile radius of either the Orlando or Tampa CVS Specialty Pharmacy locations
• Experience in an acute care setting with patients with chronic conditions preferred
• Experience in telephonic nursing preferred
• Associate degree in nursing (minimum)
• Ability to work 12:00-8:30 Eastern Time
• 40 hours per week
