Responsibilities include:

• Providing in-home nursing care for pediatric patients with trach/vent needs.
• Ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic care.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized patient support.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred:
  Six months of hands-on nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care skills.
• Flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, days, nights, and weekends.
