Pest Control Technician

Overview

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings. We offer a company vehicle and a robust benefits package.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will start your route each day and be recognized as a hero to customers as you save them from pests while building lifelong client relationships. You will examine attics, crawl spaces, and other areas of residences to assess problems, identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions. Your calm, helpful demeanor will help you describe a personalized solution.

You will collect service payments, answer questions, and keep your equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times. You are the friendly neighborhood Pest Control Technician — helping people is your job.

High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory licensing/certification exams
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary — we will train the right person
