A veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Partner Veterinarian to join its team and contribute to the continued development of the practice. This role is ideal for a veterinarian interested in combining clinical medicine with leadership, team development, and practice growth.
The veterinarian will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with the veterinary and support teams to maintain a positive, professional, and client-focused environment.
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care to patients.
- Perform physical examinations, diagnostics, and medical procedures.
- Develop appropriate treatment and preventive care plans.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care.
- Work collaboratively with veterinarians and support staff.
- Help maintain high standards of patient care and clinical quality.
- Support the training, development, and mentorship of veterinary team members.
- Contribute to practice operations and team initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with clients and the local community.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace.
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with applicable veterinary regulations and standards.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Active veterinary license in good standing.
- Clinical veterinary experience, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong medical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to patient care and client service.
- Interest in leadership, professional development, and practice growth.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and sound clinical judgment.
