Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Orlando, FL area!
Responsibilities- Manage all food safety and quality activities
- Provide leadership in the plant concerning food safety and product quality
- Follow all federal guidelines and manufacturing processes
- Participate in all inspections and audits
- On site recall coordinator
- Key contact with all regulatory personnel
- Check in with plant and corporate management staff on regulatory issues and requests
- Responsible for food safety regarding all products and processes
- Responsible for all documentation
- Coordinate all program inspections
- 5+ years related experience
- Basic understanding of QA concepts and programs
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
- Strong technical business writing skills
