Versant is seeking a Quality Lead, Consumer Support in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for analyzing Quality Assurance results and improving service quality based on customer feedback. The candidate will conduct audits and interact with customers to enhance satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include generating reports on QA metrics, supporting training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality control procedures. A minimum of four in-office days per week is required, alongside occasional overtime.
