Shift:  1st shift - 9:00 am  - 5:00 pm

** Responsibilities:*
* + Position focusing on analyzing, developing, testing or implementing processes, technologies and systems in their specific field of expertise, from first principles.

+ Analyses and comments on tenders, contracts and contract related documents and gives proactive advice.  Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and / or processes.

+ Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy. Ensures Project Execution and ensures adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations.

+ Develops, implements and regularly reviews the claim strategy with regards to customers, sub-suppliers and partners together with project management.

+ Captures internal data and prepares presentations and analyses. Contributes to standardization of contracts and improvement processes.

+ Needs to consider processes and results, generated in other workflows and disciplines, implies conditions and environments, and values significance to contribute effectively to team results.

** Requirements:*
* + 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Contract Management field.

+ Thorough professional know-how in one Sub Job Family, based on practical experience and theoretical foundation. Focus on applying and expanding acquired knowledge base.

+ Strong analytical and contract negotiation skills.

+ Able to work a hybrid schedule.
