We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Orlando. This individual will be responsible for ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures
  • Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing operations
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Oversee internal audits, supplier quality, and customer quality requirements
  • Track, analyze, and report quality metrics to leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiency
  • Partner with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality issues
  • Lead non‑conformance investigations and ensure timely resolution
  • Train and mentor employees on quality standards and best practices
  • Support customer audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
