Description
You will be the Quality Analyst Sr for the Sustainment Team. Our team is responsible for implementing and executing the sustainment strategy across the product life cycle, ensuring quality support in operational environments, including delivery, maintenance, and modification efforts.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Quality Analyst Sr you will be responsible for driving quality excellence throughout the sustainment lifecycle, partnering with cross functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Responsibilities- Implement the sustainment strategy and oversee its execution.
- Provide quality support for operational environments, including delivery, maintenance, and modifications.
- Monitor product life cycle performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to resolve quality issues.
- Document processes and ensure compliance with standards.

LocationThis position is in Orlando.
Citizenship & SecurityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex drawings, and specifications, and produce products based on those requirements.
- Experience developing practical solutions to a range of complex problems.
- Experience reviewing completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical records.
- Ability to analyze and resolve process issues varying from basic to very complex.
- Ability to travel (approx. 1-2 trips per year).
- Experience performing modifications and repairs on M-TADS/PNVS systems.
- Experience in electrical production floor level quality assurance testing and inspection processes and procedures, and electronics systems testing and integration support.
- Experience with optics rework and repair, harness rework and repair, circuit card assembly (SMT and plated through) rework and repair, aircraft structure modifications, rework and repairs.
- Demonstrated presentation skills.
- Effective communication skills: written, oral, listening and technical writing.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

Work Location and ScheduleOnsite full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
