Automation Test Lead

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to lead enterprise test automation initiatives across UI and API applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UFT, Playwright, Postman, and CI/CD, along with proven leadership experience driving automation strategy, framework development, and quality engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead automation strategy and framework development using UFT and Playwright.
Develop and maintain API automation using Postman.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, and Git.
Improve automation stability, coverage, and execution efficiency.
Drive AI-enabled automation initiatives and modern testing practices.
Lead QA teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Track automation metrics, manage risks, and ensure high-quality releases.

Required Skills

9+ years of QA/Test Automation experience with 3+ years in a lead role.
Strong hands-on experience with UFT, Playwright, and Postman.
Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD.
Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and automation framework design skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI/GenAI-assisted automation tools.
Enterprise-scale automation experience.
Agile/Dev Ops environment experience.
Retail/POS domain knowledge is a plus.
