Join the Quality Engineering team to lead testing and automation for a large-scale Retail and Restaurant technology project. You will be responsible for driving quality, managing testing delivery, and leading a team of QA engineers in an onshore-offshore model.

Your role
* Lead end-to-end testing and automation activities.
* Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
* Manage creation and execution of test cases, test scenarios, and automation scripts.

Drive defect reporting, triage, and resolution activities.
* Provide project documentation and status reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and executive updates).
* Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Own overall testing quality, timelines, and delivery outcomes.## Your skills and experience
* Experience in Software Engineering with a focus on QA Testing.

Strong experience testing Retail and Restaurant systems, including Oracle POS solutions.
* Proven leadership experience managing large QA/testing teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in Web, Mobile, and API testing and automation.
* Knowledge of Java and automation frameworks.
* Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, ANT, Charles/Fiddler, JIRA, and QMetry.

Strong understanding of Agile development and CI/CD practices.
