Morgan & Morgan is hiring a Quality Assurance Lead to own the quality of the systems and products that power how our firm serves clients; spanning our CRM workflows, client‑facing intake experiences, document and template automations, and the broader product portfolio as it grows.
This is a player-coach role: you'll lead a small QA team of 2–4 analysts, stay hands‑on with testing yourself, and set the standard for how change gets validated before it reaches production.
