Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Orlando for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include creating property listings, conducting property showings, negotiating on behalf of clients, staying updated on local market trends, and managing real estate transactions from start to finish with professionalism.
Qualifications- Active Real Estate License in the state of Florida
- Proficiency in Real Estate market knowledge and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with local neighborhoods in the Greater Orlando area is a plus
- Experience with real estate management software or tools is advantageous
