Overview

RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a Real Estate Investment Trust who owns a diversified portfolio of freestanding retail stores across the United States. We are current recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to join their close-knit team in Downtown Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Property Management and the property management team on the daily operations of this national portfolio.
  • Work in retail and/or office property management with experience interpreting leases, monitoring CAM budgets, and corresponding with tenants.
  • Assist with exposure to property financials and budgeting (budgets, reports, CAMs, variances, accruals, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Must have minimum 4–8 years of related work experience in commercial real estate/property management.
  • 2-year Degree or higher.
  • Demonstrated commitment, dependability, and respect for other employees with regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret commercial lease documents.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
Compensation & Benefits

This opportunity offers an excellent base salary (up to $72,000, DOE) + bonus, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and team-oriented environment known for its collaborative culture and longevity.
