Real Estate Attorney

My client is searching for a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their Orlando headquarters. If you're looking to grow your career by working on sophisticated development deals with major players in the real estate market, this is an incredible opportunity.

You'll work with developers, REITs, banks, homebuilders, and other key industry stakeholders on large‑scale development transactions. While the team handles a wide range of real estate matters-including leasing-the incoming attorney will primarily focus on development-driven projects, including:

• Property acquisitions & dispositions
• Drafting and negotiating commercial real estate contracts
• Leasing matters
• (Optional) Exposure to real estate financing-experience is a plus but not required

This role offers significant partner collaboration and real client exposure from day one.

What We're Looking For

• Active member of The Florida Bar
• 4-6 years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and industry standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions at once
